Because of your expertise and planning, however, we have not felt that strain at all. Because of your process, we were able to make decisions up front and then watch and relax as our home went up according to the schedule that you provided.
You men model integrity, excellence, fun and professionalism. Together you make a great team that is made up of decades of building expertise combined with an unparalleled attention to detail. Frankly, you cared about the details of our house more than we did. Seeing this consistently allowed us to sit back and trust that you would work out the details according to your commitment. I had many questions, and I was amazed that you had always already thought about them before I asked. You had good answers and you even pointed out areas of improvement and a plan to improve them when I hadn’t even noticed. You communicated a clear timeline of events, setting our expectations early on.
We also continued to benefit from your personal expertise in all the walk-throughs – it was enjoyable and actually really fun! We entered into a building process with you at the same time some friends of ours started with another builder in the area. Our experiences could not have been more different. While I have watched their frustrations rise, we feel that our every expectation was exceeded. The finished product, OUR NEW HOME, is unbelievable! You have made a dream come true for our family.
