This role ensures that all purchasing activities align with project budgets, timelines, & quality standards. The Director of Purchasing will work closely with the Construction, Sales, Design, & Finance teams to streamline the purchasing process & optimize project costs.
Senior Controller
The Senior Controller is responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This position ensures that financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The Senior Controller will also provide insights to improve financial processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist when necessary, in job costing for custom home building projects.
